If you have forgotten your User ID, Please contact your sales company/agent.

You can change the information with the Portal menu "Edit Account".
Q05 Can I use any ID/Password for registration?

The initial ID and Password are assigned automatically. Once you receive the ID/Password notification e-mail, you can change them by yourself.
Q06 Are there any restrictions such as length when changing the ID/Password?

The ID should be 60 characters or less and the Password should be 8 to 10 characters in length.
Q07 I can not see other menu buttons when I choose German.

Non-multilingual menus are not displayed unless English is chosen as the language.
